This 360 degree swiveling fill neck bolts directly on to the Radium FCST (not FCST-X) at the 6-bolt fill neck location. Hose barb elbow will accept a 1.5″ inside diameter hose. One-way flapper valve is included to prevent fuel back-flow in the event of a roll over.
