CSF originally designed the BMW S63 Charge-Air-Coolers for the F9X M5/M6. Over five hundred of these Intercoolers kits have been sold with many of them on 1000+ hp builds. Due to their popularity and success, CSF has received many requests to have a set made to fit the X5M and X6M. CSF worked with Steve Dinan’s Carbahn to develop the mounting hardware needed to use these coolers. The result – a true plug-and-play system requiring no modifications to install that will take your M SUV to a whole new level.
The CSF Charge-Air-Coolers boast a nearly 100% larger core size than factory per side. This greatly increases the capacity for heat transfer from the hot charge air from your F95 X5M / F96 X6M / G09 XM’s Turbos.
The CSF #8315 Cooling product is designed to be a “Drop-In Fit” application. The product will install in the OEM Location with no modifications necessary unless otherwise noted or instructions are included in the product package. Please see the manufacturer repair manual for standard installation instructions. If you do not feel confident installing this product CSF recommends taking it to a qualified installation facility.
