Upgrade your AW11 engine bay with our all-aluminum Coolant Overflow Reservoir and Air Oil Separator (Oil Catch Can) Combo Tank, specifically designed for the 1984-1989 Toyota MR2 AW11. This compact design is ideal for engine swaps such as the Toyota 2GR-FE, where engine bay space is limited.

We developed this combo tank to solve two common problems:

• Limited space when performing popular engine swaps like the 2GR-FE
• Aging factory plastic coolant overflow tanks that are becoming increasingly difficult to find and are prone to cracking after decades of use

Manufactured from high-quality aluminum and professionally TIG welded in the USA, this tank provides improved durability, functionality, and a clean OEM+ appearance.

  • Some mounting holes will require drilling and installation of rivet nuts (riv-nuts) or equivalent fasteners.

Coolant Overflow Reservoir

• Integrated coolant level sight tube for quick fluid level inspection
• 0.8-liter capacity
• 1/8″ NPT bottom port
  • Includes a 90° hose barb fitting for 1/4″ hose
• 1/2″ overflow drain tube
  • Safely routes excess coolant away if the reservoir becomes overfilled

Air Oil Separator (Oil Catch Can)

• 0.7-liter capacity
• Available with:
  • 10AN ORB Female Ports
  • Additional fitting sizes available upon request
• Three-stage internal baffling system for improved oil vapor separation
• CNC laser-cut top plate with threaded inserts
• CNC laser-cut filter retaining plate with integrated mesh screen
• Billet aluminum drain valve with 1/8″ NPT threads
  • Easily attach an NPT-to-barb fitting to route a drain hose, allowing the catch can to be emptied without removing it from the vehicle
