Product Application:
Some modifications will or may affect the handling/operating characteristics of your vehicle. All products sold by Straightboost™ Performance & Fabrication LLC are for OFF ROAD USE ONLY! MAY NOT BE USED ON A PUBLIC ROAD OR HIGHWAY! Any other use or application of our products is the responsibility of the customer, purchaser, and/or user. Certain modifications and installation of aftermarket parts may void your vehicle’s manufacturer or dealer warranty. Modification to your vehicle may create dangerous conditions, which could cause serious bodily injury or even death. Buyers, customers, and users of these products hereby expressly assume all risk associated with any modification and use. Straightboost™ Performance & Fabrication LLC also recommends that all products be installed only by a certified professional.
Order Cancellation:
Orders that have not shipped can be cancelled up to 24 hours after the order has been placed. This includes custom orders.
Cancellation requests will incur a 5-15% processing fee if the order is cancelled. Fee amount is fully dependent on the payment method used.
Warranty:
At Straightboost™ Performance, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 1-year warranty on all products and a Limited Lifetime Warranty on select items. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and covers defects in materials and workmanship for our fabricated components, such as engine mounts, transmission mounts, brackets, and other welded or machined parts. The warranty does not cover wear items including polyurethane bushings, hardware, powder coating, surface finishes, or any parts subject to normal wear and tear. It also does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, modification, off-road or racing incidents, accidents, or exposure to environmental elements due to lack of maintenance. Warranty claims require proof of original purchase and a detailed explanation of the issue along with supporting photos. If approved, we will repair or replace the defective fabricated part at our discretion. This warranty is non-transferable and covers only the cost of the part itself; it does not include labor, shipping, or any incidental or consequential damages. Straightboost™ Performance reserves the right to deny warranty coverage if the product has been misused, altered, or installed incorrectly.
Returns:
Returns will only be accepted up to 30 days from the delivery date. All returns are subject to inspection to ensure that the product is still in new condition and has not been used. Returns of used items with signs of use will not be accepted. Refunds will not include the shipping cost. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Returns on custom orders or products with custom add-ons/modifications will not be accepted.
Returns for orders placed using PayPal will incur an additional 5% processing fee if the order is returned.
Incorrect Shipping Address:
If you enter your shipping address incorrectly or in an incorrect format, there is a chance that the shipping carrier may need to make corrections to the address or the order will be returned back to us. If the order is returned back to us due to an incorrectly entered shipping address, we will deduct the original shipping and the return shipping from your refund amount along with an additional 10% processing fee due to the inconvenience.
Expedited Shipping Disclaimer:
While we offer expedited shipping options through UPS for your convenience, please note that Straightboost™ Performance is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed off to the carrier. UPS delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed, and delays can occur due to weather, operational issues, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Once your order has shipped, any delays must be addressed directly with UPS. We do not offer refunds on shipping costs due to late deliveries by the carrier.
International Orders:
If your delivery address is international (not USA-based), you may be required to pay import taxes/duties once your order enters your country of residence. Please check your local import/customs laws prior to purchasing our products.
We will not process your order if the shipping address is different from the billing address.
Product Liability Agreement:
Vehicles modified with Straightboost™ Performance & Fabrication LLC parts and calibrations may not meet legal requirements for use on public roads. It is your responsibility to comply with Federal, state, and local laws prior to and after installation. The use or installation of competition products may affect your vehicle warranty coverage. It is the sole responsibility of the Purchaser or End User to comply with laws pertaining to use of Straightboost™ Performance & Fabrication LLC products or services on public roads.
Straightboost™ Performance & Fabrication LLC (hereafter referred to collectively and individually as “Straightboost™ Performance”) assumes no legal responsibilities and/or liabilities, whether to your vehicle and its components, any person(s), and/or property(ies), that may result from the use or servicing of a motor vehicle on which our products or services have been installed; or to any other vehicle(s), person(s), or property, regardless of whether or not this/these products has any involvement directly or indirectly and/or liability as to whether or not this product has been properly installed. This legal disclaimer is acknowledged by the Purchaser or End User, person(s), user(s), and/or driver(s) who installs, drives, and/or uses this product. This Release applies not only to the original Purchaser or End User but to all products or services that are subsequently re-purchased, given, and/or conveyed to another user. It is the responsibility of the Purchaser or End User to communicate the terms and conditions of this Release and Disclaimer to any future End User.
Installation of this product will serve as acknowledgment and agreement to the terms of this Release by the Purchaser or End User and their agreement to the terms of the product and services disclaimers stated herein.
Accidents and failures can occur at any time. Be aware that use of these parts and services and participation in motorsports activities carry significant risks, and the Purchaser or End User assumes all risks. Do not violate any traffic laws in the process of testing any parts or services provided by Straightboost™ Performance.
All Straightboost™ Performance services, parts, or any other items sold through the straightboostperformance.com website or via any other means of purchase are sold “AS IS” without any warranty whatsoever except those explicitly stated by the manufacturer and their own product warranties. No claim is made as to the merchantability or fitness for a specific purpose. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of such parts is with the Purchaser or End User. Examine your parts carefully upon receipt. If there is a manufacturing defect, it will be addressed directly with the manufacturer and not Straightboost™ Performance. Such parts shall be returned unused and uninstalled. Should such parts prove defective following their installation, the Purchaser or End User, and not the manufacturer, distributor, or retailer, assumes the entire cost of all necessary servicing or repair. Any opened box items returned to Straightboost™ Performance for any reason are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Federal laws and regulations may prohibit removal or modification of components installed at the time of manufacture that are designed to meet emissions requirements or to comply with motor vehicle safety regulations applicable to vehicles manufactured for use on public roads. Straightboost™ Performance recommends that vehicles modified using aftermarket parts or services not be operated on public roads and offers such parts only for track, off-highway competitive, or performance use on vehicles that have never been eligible for registration on a public road or highway. Straightboost™ Performance hereby states that its aftermarket parts offered, installations, as well as custom tuning services, are intended for off-highway applications only. Installation on a vehicle intended for use on public roads may violate Federal, state, or municipal laws and regulations including those relating to emission requirements and motor vehicle safety standards. Other local, state, provincial, territorial, or international laws may apply to the use of these parts. Please check your local laws before purchasing or using these parts. Straightboost™ Performance & Fabrication LLC, or any subsidiary of the same, will not remove, bypass, nor render inoperable any Federally mandated emissions controls, monitors, or sensors for any reason.
Purchaser or End User acknowledges that all products and services supplied by Straightboost™ Performance may increase the performance of a vehicle beyond its intended design limits. Purchaser or End User accepts full responsibility for any damage or injury to themselves or others or their respective properties through the use of these products or services. Purchaser or End User agrees to forever hold harmless Straightboost™ Performance, Straightboost™ Performance & Fabrication LLC, its subsidiaries, owners, partners, agents, employees, assigns, dealers, and distributors and indemnify them against any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, suits, actions, judgments, penalties, or liabilities of any kind or nature arising from the direct or indirect purchase or use of any services or products offered by Straightboost™ Performance.
By the signature below, the Purchaser or End User attests and affirms that they understand that no products or services from Straightboost™ Performance are certified for use in the State of California or other states that may adopt or adhere to the laws and regulations of the State of California and its CARB certification program. In addition, you certify that your vehicle is in excellent operating condition and is acceptable for the use of any products or services provided by Straightboost™ Performance.
By purchasing any Straightboost™ Performance & Fabrication LLC product, you are agreeing to all terms and conditions contained within.
