SBP 1999-2003 Honda S2000 AP1 Aluminum Coolant Overflow Oil Catch Can Combo Tank

We are proud to announce the release of our custom coolant overflow and oil catch can combo tank for the 1999-2003 Honda S2000 AP1 models.

The F20 series engine in your S2000 suffers from oil blow-by issues, which has inspired us to come up with a solution.

The FA20 engine has a PCV system from factory. This system recycles the blow-by gasses and as a result deposits a lot of oil residue and sludge inside the intake manifold. To help eliminate this issue we have come up with a solution.

In order to eliminate this issue we have come up with a great solution. We have designed an oil catch can that has multiple levels of internal baffles. These baffles help with removing the oil from the blow by gasses which allows the oil to drain down and collect on the bottom of the tank while the air can still flow freely and let your engine breathe without any restriction.

The way our system works is that both of the ports from your valve cover connect to the oil catch can. From there the blow-by gasses travel through multiple levels of baffling where the oil is removed from the air and the air can continue flowing through the system and out of the catch can. This is a vented design. The air flows out of the screen filter at the top.

Our tank does not use a bulky round filter; instead we have designed a screen that is much more low profile and aesthetically pleasing.

Installation of this tank will require you to relocate or remove your cruise control.

– 0.75 liter coolant overflow

– Billet aluminum cap with vent.

– Level indicator

– ¼” Barb for radiator hose connection

Oil Catch Can features:

– Our special multi level baffle design.

– Dual -10AN fittings.

– Low profile breather filter with aluminum retaining plate

– 1/4” NPT drain plug

– Dip stick (to check level).
