At Straightboost® Performance, we’re committed to creating innovative solutions for the automotive performance community. We’re proud to introduce our custom-engineered coolant overflow and oil catch can combo designed specifically for the 1999–2003 Honda S2000 AP1.

Why You Need This:

The F20C engine in the S2000 is notorious for oil blow-by. The factory PCV system recirculates blow-by gases, which leads to oil residue and sludge buildup in the intake manifold—robbing performance over time. Our solution? A fully baffled, vented oil catch can system that captures oil and vapor.

Oil Catch Can Features:

  • Multi-level internal baffling to separate oil from blow-by gases

  • Dual -10AN Fittings for valve cover connections

  • Low-profile breather with aluminum retaining plate (no bulky filters)

  • 6AN ORB drain port with billet aluminum drain valve, featuring a 1/8″ NPT internal thread to aid oil drainage

  • Built-in dipstick for quick level checks

  • Vented design: Clean, unrestricted airflow exits through the top-mounted filter

Coolant Overflow Tank Features:

  • 0.75-liter capacity

  • ¼” barb fitting for radiator hose

  • Billet aluminum vented cap

Build Quality:

  • High-grade aluminum construction

  • Professionally TIG welded

  • Made in the USA

  • Made to order – current lead time: 5–10 business days

  • Note: Installation requires cruise control relocation or removal

This combo tank is the perfect blend of function, form, and performance—designed with track use, street performance, and engine longevity in mind.

Bolted right in. Their baffle design works well. I get no more oil coming out of the catch can like I did with my previous unit. A+
