Universal Water to Air intercooler. This intercooler has been proven to be capable of well over 50psi of boost pressure and 1200HP+.
This is the intercooler that BoostedBoiz used on their 1300HP white Toyota MR2 that ran a 7second 1/4 mile pass.
Also an MR2 we built with this intercooler made 745whp and 474ft/lbs of torque. (Tuned by @derf.tuned)
This system is much better than any Front Mount Air to Air Intercooler.
The dimensions to very similar to a regular length of a standard intake tube. This allows you to install this barrel-style water to air intercooler without the large added cost and inefficiency.
Most water to air intercoolers that are available change the airflow that your turbocharger provides many times due to the design. These straight flow through models keep it going straight the whole time which means there is much less resistance from air changing the direction and in return your turbocharger will work more freely and produce more power compared to other units on the market.
Made of 100% Aluminum, Everything on it is TIG welded to ensure a leak free weld and no epoxy used in core
Fin pitch = 21 fins/inch – 12.5 air side and 8.5 water side.
Recommended for up to 1200 CFM / 1200 HP (However this unit was proven to withstand much more)
